This camp is designed to be small group style to create connections and conversations between young girls heading to middle school next year. We will be learning content relating to the things your daughters will encounter during their transition.  The following topics will be covered:

• Goal setting
• Healthy friendships (Mean girls and how to avoid the drama)
• Boundaries with phones and social media
• Positive body image
• Bullying
• Confidence
• and more!
• Games, team building, crafts, and snacks will all be a part of our camp as well

Camp cost is $115 per registrant and includes a camp T-shirt. Payment can be made via Venmo, cash, or check. Venmo is @empowered-mind
